Can I come to the fitness studio without signing up on the App?
Yes! The App is a feature for those who enjoy tracking their workout or need extra help at home or on vacations.
Can I invite a friend?
Yes! I welcome guests to come and check out the studio. I can also send a guest link for the App.
Can my dog come?
No. Unfortunately I can't allow dogs at this time.
